Jonmarc Rasberry is a highly skilled and accomplished strength and conditioning professional with extensive experience in enhancing athletic performance. With a passion for fostering strength, power, and endurance, Jonmarc has worked with athletes from various training ages and levels.

Credentials & Certifications:

• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) – National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

• Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) – NSCA’s prestigious coaching credential

• USA Weightlifting (USAW) Certification – Specializing in Olympic weightlifting techniques and programming

• High School Strength and Conditioning Coach (HSSCC) – Focused on developing youth and high school athletes’ foundational strength and conditioning from the NHSSCA.

Jonmarc’s coaching philosophy centers around evidence-based training methods that prioritize strength, mobility, injury prevention, speed, and conditioning. He combines the latest scientific research with practical application to design programs that enhance athletic performance while promoting longevity and minimizing the risk of injury.

With a deep understanding of biomechanics, nutrition, and recovery strategies, Jonmarc uses a holistic approach to coaching, helping athletes build resilience both physically and mentally. His programs integrate strength training, agility, power development, speed training, and recovery techniques, ensuring a balanced and effective approach to physical conditioning. Jonmarc has worked with primarily high school athletes which some have gone on to play collegiate sports. In his time in the high school setting, he has gained experience in the latest sports technology which includes: Velocity Based Training, GPS, Laser Timers, and Program Delivery Programs such as Teambuildr.

Expanding on Jonmarc’s professionalism, he is currently serving as an Advisory Board member for the Tennessee Chapter of the NHSSCA and is on the Professional Development Group for High School in the NSCA. In addition to this, in 2023-2024 school year, Jonmarc was award the Strength of America award during his time at Dyer County.
